    Now that i am more experienced in facing this kind of emotion...I guess I just got to be more positive...I am now aware of what is happening :

    1st- whatever she is doing always irritates me, annoys me. Her must win attitude is making me puke

    2nd-stress out, afraid that i cant reach my goal..
